@jennchrist: 30 Days of Crockpot Dinners * Day 25 / 30 * Today’s Dinner 🍽️: Sunday Chicken Roast This is one of my favorite meals to make for my family 💕 My family loves to gather around the table at each others homes and have dinner and play games, and this meal is requested all the time… especially by my nephew, Kaleb, who is picky and very hard to please 😉 This one is best with fresh ingredients, but you could certainly use jarred garlic and spices to save time. If your short on time, try prepping some of the ingredients the day before. Ingredients: 1. 1 large sweet onion 2. 10 cloves of garlic 3. 3 sprigs of rosemary 4. 2 bunch of thyme 5. 1 lemon and its zest 6. 2 cups of chicken broth 7. 3 tbsp of olive oil 8. 1 tbsp of chicken broth base 9. seasonings: 1 tsp all purpose seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder, 1/4 tsp of oregano, 1/2 tsp salt 10. 2 sticks of softened butter 11. 1 whole chicken that weighs between 3-5 lbs #sundaydinner #crockpotrecipes #SlowCookerRecipes #roastedchicken #busymom
