I had the first of six spine surgeries November 28th 2006 - 20 years ago, diagnosed with failed back surgery in 2009, and on chronic pain medication since 2008.. it had quite some time to heal I guess, most of them, maybe not the two I had in 2025....

Had surgery L5/S1 spinal surgery still in pain. MRI came back, there are narrow parts, and the surgeon wanted to operate again, but i refused. Isn't there another way to straighten the narrowed par/thungs?

Avoid fusions at all costs. Biggest issue is pressure above and below site will eventually need to,be fused. Use radio frequency nerve ablations ablation
