Alright i dont post much, but i wanna whoever’s reading this to understand how much they actually matter. I recently moved to a different city in the same state and got a new job. I was recently in town again and went into the gas station i usually go to. The lady who i’ve seen before but never really introduced myself to goes “oh hey, what have you been up to, i haven’t seen you in awhile.” And you know i told her i moved, and so on. She goes “your car was my favorite car to see in the morning”. I told her how appreciative i was of that and so on. My point is, people notice you. Infact, they may like something about you that you don’t even realize. You do things everyday that make people happy, and you probably don’t even realize it. You think you don’t matter? it took me 2 years to find out someone not only enjoyed my presence, but looked for it 6 days a week. YOU MATTER TO PEOPLE YOU’VE PROBABLY NEVER MET!

Every time I come across these I bawl my eyes out. I'm currently at the worst point of my life. I'm 23, I've been on 17 different psychiatric medications and not a single one has worked. I've undergone TMS, right now I'm undergoing Spravato treatment. I've been inpatient. I am so disabled by not only my mental health but all the medications they have me on that I'm unable to work. I used to be so intelligent. I used to be such a hard worker. Now I'm lucky to even be able to get out of bed in the morning.

one day you realize that life is way more peaceful than you thought , all your negativy and bad thoughts you start loving yourself and live your life to the fullest not because others used to fill it for you , because you realized that being alone is not so bad after all
