I was doing internship in Mityana Hospital and in my entire stay there in the postnatal ward, all the women that had undergone C-section were told to buy all the required drugs every time from the private pharmacy operating with the hospital and it was thrice more expensive... Trucks often offloaded drugs but naye every time we went to the pharmacy to pick medicine for that mother that was in pain and didn't have money for those strong painkillers, they often always told us that there are no drugs and that patients should buy and often we had to sacrifice to buy for them with our own money even gloves and syringes
