They took the first AI photo based on a real photo and asked for changes. Then this second photo started with the first photo and they made changes to that, hence the shadows below her collar and background weirdness.

My MIL had a massive stroke that caused catastrophic damage in November. They moved her from the hospital to nursing home rehab in 2 weeks. She was sent home for continuing care by early January. I call complete BS on this whole situation

Not that this is a huge detail, but that ring is not on her middle finger. It’s her 4 fingers on the back of the phone, and her thumb is on the screen. You can see the crevice of her thumb between her first finger and the middle finger.
