As a 36 I girly, I have this bra and LOVE it. I wouldn't use it as a sports bra to run in, as the girls still bounce a bit. But for lifting, yoga, pilates, etc? Absolutely. Lifts, separates, and helps my posture better than any bra I've ever had.
