I understand, but then whats the point of having a heart and strong desires? When our heart longs for something, we should ask Allah for it with complete faith because He is fully capable of granting it. Why should we get hopeless or give up on our prayers?

But what about the ability to pray for it. Duʿāʾ can change Qadr, who am I to question that what might not be for me, in my current reality, that it might actually be written for me through sincere duʿāʾ? Isn’t that the point of praying, it’s asking الله with certainty and having Yaqeen and Tawakkal.

ouch.., i am trying. I am praying but the second i thought i was feeling alright the next day or at night im back to it again. Im so tired of feeling this sadness.. i dont want to feel this attachment anymore. Heck i was the one who broke it off for the sake of allah, but why am i the one who is in so much pain rather than him. I really dont this but it hurts so much. That i wished i could turn back time just so i could avoid this ache. I feel so sad to myself that i feel so much sadness.
