@abcnews: An equestrian center in southwestern France released several horses in an effort to save them from wildfires in the region. Footage captured the horses running through the streets of Biscarrosse as wildfire smoke filled the area on July 23.

This actually makes me feel a bit hopeful for humanity. Those horses are worth 50k plus depending on breed and the owners let them go so they could live, possibly never getting those horses back.
