I would love to see him bring receipts of all of the search warrants he has challenged and that he had 50% of them quashed. Anyone can bring a motion to quash but to say 50% with no evidence makes one wonder.

Hmmmm Typically the detective brings the search warrant to the prosecutor on duty and the prosecutor reviews it before it even goes to a judge. Cops just dont bring a warrant to a judge

As a cop who has written plenty of search warrants, you should as paid defense attorney should try to challenge a search warrant validity for future business and your client paying a lot of money. But good luck beating it with a franks hearing in front of a judge, as long the information was accurate and the officer did not fabricate evidence.
