Nah she’s trying to get Harrenhall. Daemon said only a lord can inhabit harrenhall. There is a bounty on Aemonds head. She wants a baby with him to have the best of both and double secure her hold on Harenhal

Alys says to Daemon “I’ve lived in Harrenhal all my long life.” Which 1) seems like an odd thing for a woman who looks at most in her 30s to say and 2) could definitely suggest she’s seen everything that’s gone down at Harrenhal (Rhaena’s stay, the extermination of the Harroways, maybe even Aegon and Balerian torching the place to begin with)
