@kburton_25: My wife was craving a Blueberry Grilled Cheese so I made it from scratch! @𝐾𝑎𝑟𝑙𝑎 ☁️🩰 (Full Recipe Below) Blueberry Grilled Cheese 🫐🧀🍞 Makes 4 sandwiches Ingredients • 2 cups (10–12 oz) frozen blueberries • ¼ cup sugar • Juice of 1 lemon (2 tbsp) • 8 slices regular or heritage sourdough (½-inch thick) • 6 oz sharp white cheddar, grated • 6 oz whole milk mozzarella, shredded • Honey (1–2 tsp per sandwich) • 4 tbsp butter • Flaky sea salt (optional) Instructions 1. Simmer blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium-low heat for 20–30 minutes until thick. Cool 10–15 minutes. 2. Spread 2–3 tbsp jam on 4 slices of bread. Top each with 1½ oz cheddar, ½ oz mozzarella, and 1–2 tsp honey. Add the remaining bread and butter the outsides. 3. Cook over medium-low heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted. Cover for the last 1–2 minutes if needed. 4.
