@ma1th4mtrdz: @Powell #powell #blowthisup #xyzbca #tradingeducation #financialmarkets Key opens are specific time-based opening prices that traders mark on their charts to understand how price behaves around important moments of the trading day. For example, the 10 AM open or 10 PM open can act as a key reference level, depending on the market and the trader’s chosen timezone. Once the candle opens at that specific time, its opening price is marked and monitored as a potential support, resistance, bias, or liquidity level. If price trades above the key open and continues to hold above it, this can suggest strength and bullish order flow, while trading below it can indicate weakness and bearish pressure. However, the most important information comes from how price interacts with the level. Price may sweep the key open, reject it, reclaim it, or use it as a point of displacement before continuing in a certain direction. Traders can also combine key opens with market structure shifts, liquidity sweeps, fair value gaps, order blocks, session highs and lows, and volume profile to create higher-probability setups. A key open should not be treated as an automatic buy or sell signal. Instead, it provides a precise time-based reference that helps traders understand where price was accepted or rejected during a specific period. For example, if price sweeps below the 10 AM open, quickly reclaims it, and then creates a bullish market structure shift, the open can become an important part of the trade narrative. The same concept can be applied to a 10 PM open or any other specific time that consistently creates meaningful reactions in the market. The exact importance of each key open depends on the instrument, timezone, and the session being traded, so traders should backtest these levels instead of assuming every time-based open will work the same way. Ultimately, key opens are simple but powerful reference points that help traders organize intraday price action and identify potential areas where the market may react.

This is just one example, you need to take note of 10:00 Open, not the low of the candle. Once 10:00 opens, you need to recognize if there is manipulation, if there is, like in this example, then you use OTE as it aligns with a RB. Other examples include 10:00 Open itself being an RB and just limit ordering the open; OTE aligning with 10:00 Open (once again limit ordering); Lastly, Turtle Soup, which is a sweep of liquidity into an unmitigated PDA (if it aligns with 10:00)

Guys i marked the candle a bit wrong, this is the strategy just mark out the open of the candle not the bottom. I was on nasdaq cfds and didn't notice this wasn't the same charts because i took it at that time 🙏 Posted another video about it
