@travellingwithdora: This is the cheapest place to store your luggage in Split, Croatia It is called ‘storage lockers’ on google maps and located in the Split train station. It is in a super convenient location near the ferry port, bus station, train station and is only 10 minutes walk from old town split. Not all accomodations in Split let you store your luggage so it was extremely useful being able to leave our luggage here. It is only €2 for an entire locker which comes in various sizes. €2 can get you a locker that fits 2x cabin bags + backpacks whereas €3 can get you a locker that fits checked luggage. If you’ve used other luggage store services then you know they charge around €5 per piece of luggage so this can save you up to €18! It was also one of the earliest open places we found. It’s open from 6am-10pm which was really good because we needed to catch a 7:30am ferry. You just need to make sure you bring coins because you need to exchange coins for these tokens to use the locker. Also it is a first come first serve basis so make sure you come early in case they all get used!
