For just 39¢ with the purchase of any medium soft drink, you could add one to your collection. A different design was offered each week, featuring scenes and characters from the movie, including Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo, and the Happiness Hotel bus. For many families, collecting the complete set became part of the fun. Those colorful glasses found their way into kitchen cabinets across America, and for a lot of us, they became our everyday drinking glasses for years.
