Haha - I don’t see people fleeing Highland Park, Preston Hollow, Bluff View, Kessler Park, Lakewood for soulless cookie cutter boxes in the suburbs. Those outside the loop talk sh*t about Dallas but congest freeways coming into the city on the weekends. Dallas is just going through a phase of leveling up (again).
