Babe, with the milk contour, you could de-pan it and then for the challenge you can just finish the pan, that way your not waisting product and having to throw away your milk contiur

your blush definitely looks like it has hard pan thats probably why youre not seeing any progress! You can use tape on it ( just take a piece of tape and put the stick side on the powder and pat it down) or scrape off a really thin layer. You should be able to see progress after that :)
