We are not first class people but we splurged on 1st class tickets for a longer flight (sat in the last row) the lady in the row behind us still had her shoes on but she kept kicking the back of my husband seat and then ended up squeezing them both through the center between our seats. Was I the asshole for pushing her feet out from between us?

It’s not hurting you. It’s more comfortable for them. If it’s not bothering anyone what’s it matter? I’m disabled and in theaters that don’t have recliners I need the support of the chair in front of me to keep me from being in pain. And if you’re far enough away from other people why are bare feet an issue? The germ risk is all on me not you why is everyone freaking out?

I can't sit with my feet on the floor for more then 10 minutes before my legs start to hurt. I get to the theater very early so I can sit where there is a railing right in front of me so I can put my feet up. if I can't sit there I wont stay. I would never put my feet on a seat I didnt own and I certainly would never take my shoes off in public. that's nasty
