hi there hypothyroidism patient here. if your thyroid isn't doing what it should, go to your GP :) don't try fixing this without a medical professional because I promise you, this is an easy find if the concern is there but the dog's and don'ts are much more complicated.

this is an autoimmune disease guys, just like diabetes, just because you got some symptoms doesn't mean you have it. Get a blood test done that checks your TSH levels.
