The way he was speaking made the space feel unsafe for both staff and visitors. I paused my appointment so he would stop harassing the people at the front desk. If you know him, tell him he can't be talking to people that way. CONTEXT: I was already at my appointment at that desk 30 minutes before he showed up. My lady was briefly on hold with her work phone with a nonprofit bunny rescue organization's bank issue that I was volunteering for (this isn't even my bank) and I asked her if she could step away to help because I watched HIM harass the people at the front and taking up the line bc he was absolutely angry (people working all had customers, probably because we all had appointments). He didn't want to wait in the lobby section until someone was done, and the other teller at the front told him to stop talking to them that way or he will kick him out. My lady gave me the phone on HER side of the desk and she brought her laptop to the desk ACROSS from me to work on his stuff. Those computers are screen mirroring computers, which had nothing on them. So nothing illegal there like he claims. if anything, he was LISTENING to my information while I was giving it over the phone to the US bank. I could NOT see his bank info and he knows that. I also did NOT bother him at all while my lady was helping him, because he was at my appointment and didn't want to make it harder for the banker like he claims (and that would go against my overall point in respecting people). I waited until they were done so I can let him know about his behavior. STOP defending a scammer. People found out that if you look up his name/business, there are 4-5 years of people talking about how he's scams people. THATS illegal. He just scammed people with his response. 😭🤣 I am NOT friends with anyone there. He also claimed that the other bank was 20 mins away, when it was actually 9 mins away. The list keeps going.
