@seen_252: Today, 27th July 2026, I had the privilege of visiting Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra, alongside my colleague Ekua, as part of an academic and professional learning experience in hospitality and food & beverage service. Our visit was far more than just an observation, it was an immersive experience that allowed us to witness firsthand the standards, precision, and attention to detail that define luxury hospitality. From the warm welcome at arrival to the elegant ambience, professional staff interactions, refined table settings, and exceptional culinary presentation, every stage of the guest journey offered valuable insights into world-class service delivery. What made this experience particularly memorable was the opportunity to critically observe both the strengths and the subtle operational challenges that influence guest satisfaction. It reinforced the importance of service excellence, consistency, effective communication, and continuous improvement in creating unforgettable guest experiences. As an MSc Hospitality and Tourism Studies student at KNUST, experiences like these bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world practice.
