The entire concept of the "welfare queen" is not real. There is absolutely no pathway to permanently living off of entitlements unless you are an injured veteran or have a severe disability. Every government program has a time limit or an eventual work requirement. This was made even stricter in the 90's under Bill Clinton, a democrat.
