ggtoast beurre de peanut :
i had ppd, it got slowly bad. I never told my boyfriend, friends, family, coworkers about my taughts. I had my best fake face every time. I hated every second of my maternity leave but also going back to work was painfully stressful.
I never verbally explained anything to my bf. He once told me he was "scared" I told him dont worry. Life kept going. BUT if my doctor or psychologist asked me the right questions I'd tell them.
it took a lot of time to find the right dose, I got better, then bad, then better, then bad. Same pill, higher dose. I had to advocate for myself alone. I finally got the right diagnose, the right combination, the right dose. My 1st and only was 7yo by then.
