I’ve had issues with campers and enclosed underbellies. The pipes still freeze AND it makes it nearly impossible to access utilities down there.

also Grand Design has the best warranty! we have had 3 big issues in one year with ours BUT took it to the dealership & it was there a week or less each time with zero out of pocket
