He’s American have 2 glasses of wine with a meal means your an alcoholic!!! In Europe an alcoholic is someone who actually drinks a lot (3+ bottles of wine a day, bottle of vodka/gin/wiskey). An American alcoholic is a European casual drinker

20 years ago I drank 3 Long Islands at Applebee's and was very confused when they said I had reached my limit and I was cutoff the rest of the day. this was at 2:00pm on a Saturday.

i am from Germany. when i was 20 years of age, we used to have a club with special offers. once a month every drink was 1 Euro. with my friends we used to order only Long Island iceteas. they served in 0,5 Liter glasses. everybody at least drank 10 of them . no big Deal. Long story short: what the hell are you talking about?
