As someone who moved in with a family as my father's death and mum's depression. I totally understand. Only difference the woman ( mother) didn't want us to stay long in her house and we did stay long which was a problem and the father (who our father's friend) felt like he didn't to do this for us so he let us stay longer and we called him dad
