this was me when I worked in a grocery store lol. then I worked at H&M .. getting to clean and organize the stockrooms for the busiest stores in the city fed my ocd nicely.

Jokes aside, that’s how most grocery stores are supposed to/ do stack them. Those peppers all have different product codes, which is also why you shouldn’t bag different coloured bell peppers together for checkout, can be a real hassle for the cashiers, especially cause they can get in trouble if they just use one code for different types for time
