Gave them year, make, model, trim, engine size, license plate, VIN, OEM part number, everything besides my social security number, even brought the old part with me..they still came out the back with the wrong one.

We have commercial customers not know year make and model . And don’t even THINK about asking them for the trim 💀 but they will automatically tell you it’s the one with the V6 5.3l or some shit before they even tell you the model
