Starting solids is terrifying! Your haul was like all Radd’s first foods too. We froze the extra bone marrow and throw it in eggs and other things since it makes so much! You’re doing amazing!

Just a tip from an OT! Instead of spoon feeding, let her touch the food and explore it and bring it to her mouth in her terms. It’ll help with the gagging and give her control :)
