I went to confession, remembered something I had said when I was very young. I was bothered by it. The Father said, This is from when you were young? Only confess what is recent. I was surprised and embarrassed , so much so that i forgot everything else I had gone in for. Do I just confess directly to God my childhood/past?

Father. I'm raise catholic. Show me in old or new testament that Jezus gives power to church to a man to confess their sins. This was only implemented by catholic church by 1215. So the church can spy on people and be powerful. You can claim all you want that Easter Sunday going back to Jesus that was done. No it was created by a man that wanted to know and control people

I Read the Bible 101... and Sin hasn't been Imputed against us for 2000 Yrs.. Romans 5:13 KJV... we see in 2 Cor 5:19 KJV that GOD was in Christ Reconciling the world to Himself NOT Not NOT NOT Not Imputing their Sin's against them... we see in the Gospel that saved us trusting in the Death Burial and Resurrection of Jesus Christ we are saved and Sealed Eph 1 12-14 KJV....
