@taylorwingg: Been such a long journey let me tell you omg. I got in lexapro because I felt like I had no where else to turn with my anxiety and linking that to my constant food noise that would leave me to binge. It helped but never went away because then I started feeling terrible in my own skin and again felt like I had no where else to go and had no answers for simply not knowing what changed and why I didn’t feel like I knew my body at all anymore. I told myself that I’m going to see my doctor and just see what she thinks because our plan was to stay on lexapro a year and then taper off regardless. I just did it a few months early. I was scared the anxiety would come back and if it did and I wanted to try another medication I would see my options. Never did I think I’d feel even better off it and have such a clear and happy mind again. I wouldn’t change the last year for anything no matter how hard it was mentally and physically. Seriously changed my perspective on so so many things.
