The after pains are nothing to do with having a vaginal delivery , they happen to eveyone when you have more than one baby , the bleeding again is nothing to do with a normal delivery , they don't clean out your entire uterus at c section 😳

A word to the wise. The more babies you have, the worse the after pains get so if you’re thinking of number 3, prepare yourself 😬

All of these happen with subsequent pregnancies lovely, it isn’t just comparing a section to natural (minus the swelling obv). I’m due my 4th and the fear for after pains is real - not the labour!
