@justinbieshaar: while(!coding.problem.isSolved) { /* I can't stop...*/ } "If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit." — Banksy However, sleep is really important, especially to maintain productivity. So here are a few tips that help me go to sleep early: (sometimes) Set a Hard "No New Complex Tasks" Cutoff Like never refactoring before going to bed. Seriously.. Use Timeboxes (Pomodoro) for Evening Debugging What works best for me is setting two timers. One to finish up and one to stop. If the first timer goes you must not take any side tracks or whatever and be ready to stop when the next timer goes. So document your thoughts so you can continue where you left off. Embrace not solving a problem. It's the hardest one. But sometimes it's good to embrace that a problem can't be solved right now. Just take the loss you may have to spend extra time tomorrow to catch up on what the problem is about. But give rest the priority. Do personal projects in the morning. As you have your daily work deadlines you are limited in the time you can work on your side project(s) this way. However, this one never works for me.. I tried it a few times but I am way more productive in the evening. But this is a tip that works great for others so I thought it was worth sharing. 🫶 - - - - - - - And do know that wanting to work late is also a sign of passion, which is a good thing! So don't take it too hard on yourself and don't feel bad for pushing harder some days/periods. In the end it's all about balance. But I know that once you are locked in.. finding balance gets really hard too. So being aware is sometimes all you need. 🙌 Do you have any tips? Let me know, I need more too! 😉 Happy coding everyone! 👨💻 ~ Follow for game development and programming content! 🤩 @justinbieshaar . . 🏷️ #gamedev #programming #coding #codingisfun #programmer

Been there before, writing all of that code can get tiring after a while, my fingers would get sore from all of that typing.
