I’ll die on the hill that highly tinted spf is just foundation with spf. It’s not meant to give you full protection on its own, but to be layered over another spf that has been allowed to absorb. There is a reason no one can apply the recommended ammount of a tinted spf and appreciate how it looks, because its foundation. 😅
