That is such a weird response to a grieving person. The other one that gives me the creeps is “you can have another kid” or “you can get another dog” as if they are interchangeable or replaceable.

sometimes people dont know what to say so everyone needs to give each other grace on both sides of grief .. I get it anger is a big part of grief but we are all just t walking each other home
