I requested the supervisor the supervisor came and said “hey, just get a number from them and see if you can get it later on.” The venue kept trying to have me removed from the property. Until they gave up and gave me id after 2 hours of waiting and trying to get the police to do something. I have a video of the supervisor interaction and it will be posted later.

I work in private security and we actually cannot take someone's ID even if we think it's fake. I can give it back to you and not let you in the venue, only police officers can confiscate an ID she just doesn't want to do her job. and this is again why we don't trust cops
