@kenniques: 🏋🏽‍♀️ Step 1: Place your tripod about 8–10 steps away from where you’ll be working out. This gives you enough room to capture your full body without looking like you’re filming from across the gym. 📱 Step 2: Lower your camera exposure. I usually set mine to -2, but adjust it depending on the lighting in your gym. 🎬 Step 3: Keep yourself in the bottom two sections of your camera grid. It creates cleaner framing and gives your videos a more professional look. 💪 Step 4: Don’t forget the details. Capture close-ups of loading the plates, grabbing the weights, or adjusting the machine. Those shots are what make your edits feel cinematic. ✨ Save this for your next workout because Part 2 is coming, where I’ll show you the camera angles I use to make my workouts look even better. 👇 What’s your biggest struggle when filming at the gym? #contentcreationtips #gymcontent #camerasettings #gymgirltiktok #gymgirladvice
