They were doing this in Bryant park in midtown like a 20 minute walk from their office in the middle of a week day. If it wasnt a stranger filming this it would be a colleague or someone they know personally catching them, they were hardly being secretive. I also stand by like the coldplay couple this never would have gotten any attention if their reactions didnt immediately expose them for doing something fucked up
