Your kids won’t remember how big the house was. They will remember the love shared in those spaces. If I could update a room, it would be the main bath. It hasn’t been changed in 27 years and we will be moving soon.

I would update my kitchen! It’s original from 1978 and while it is charming.. it’s seen better days. Every shelf in every cabinet is bowing, the sink cabinet is soooo water damaged. I’m also saving my money for a new kitchen!

Hi! I don’t mean to overwhelm you, but I’ve thought of some medium sized projects you could do for your channel. There are epoxy kits to give an epoxy floor to your garage, you could diy. And you’ll could clean and seal the cracks in the driveway.

Take this from the seventh child of seven kids growing up in the 60s and 70s….we had a three bedroom house with one bathroom for nine people. And looking back at my childhood I never think, we had such a small house. I look back thinking we had a comfortable and safe home and it was a happy childhood.

I think if you get those split AC they won’t cost that much and they are pretty to install as well instead of the whole cental system that costs alot of money

I would make sure your attic is properly vented as well! We have been having issues since buying our house, turns out the attic isn’t properly vented!
