No joke, my buddy lived in an apartment complex that did not care as long as you weren’t looking sketchy, making a lot of noise and drawing too much attention. If you were low-key and quiet, they didn’t even care if you didn’t have proof of employment and they were weren’t bad apartments either they were older, but they had been remodeled.
