@dennisearl: Soreness and recovery are not the same thing. Too many people wait until every bit of soreness is gone before training a muscle again, and that can mean missing opportunities to grow. Instead of asking, “Am I still sore?” ask yourself, “Can I perform?” If your strength is there, your form is solid, and you can create quality tension, you’re probably ready to train. Don’t let soreness dictate your training. Let performance do it. What’s your take? Do you train a muscle while it’s still a little sore, or do you wait until the soreness is completely gone? Drop your answer in the comments. 👇 #Bodybuilding #MuscleGrowth #FitnessEducation #TrainWithPurpose #FitOver50
