The neighbor is wierd as hell for even asking for notif. It’s normal to having anxiety but op and her husband have done a lot more for her than most other people would’ve done for her. Being neighbors means having the responsibility to be able to also compromise on your end as well.

how long did they live there/own the car for before she decided it was a problem. why would i text a stranger telling them when my house is empty (easy robbery target.) clearly it isnt OPs husbands car as she got the time he leaves completely wrong not just a little nearly 3 hours wrong
