She’s literally just doing her job. This is clearly a customer facing role, she’s of course going to politely have conversations. If someone asks you what’s your name you’re going to reply, she said she’s not a golfer a couple times and they insisted she had a go of course, she’s being polite, kind and I can hear that nervous/ done laughter
