I’ve re-created this exact build. It does not work. It completely ignores the damage they do to you. I don’t understand how he took no damage from the bosses in this video if somebody knows say something.

The soak buff is always spent to double the next individual hit. Drones hit so fast they will apply the soak and then spend it immediately with their lower damage value. Effectively wasting soak effects. You actually want your weapon to be the main lightning hit as often as possible. Sometimes a little less is more. Drones are more of an Orserk support weapon.
