9 years here sa DepEd Mam, same tayo, nakakatamad ang sistema, nakakawalang gana ang mga batang walang disiplina, minsan ang motivation ko na lang ay masurvive ang bawat araw ng okay kahit papaano. Pumasok akong 100% ang sipag at dedikasyon sa trabaho, ngayon 80% na lang. nakakadrain nakakaubos ng determinasyon.
