years ago I accidentally swapped 2 full lowers after I relined them, the first patient put in and said "fits fine" and left. Wasn't until the other patient tried it in that I found out what I did. Big dental fail😂

I have a sample occlusal guard in my room on a model. had all its teeth. Dr picks it up, takes it off the model, and tries to insert in the pts mouth. I was like wait doc where did you even find that we are doing fillings? he was so embarrassed.
