What does accepting a thought looks like? And is it necessary to contradict thoughts that u don’t identify with anymore with words like “not me” “don’t identify with it” or u can just observe them and not necessarily say anything. Some content on TikTok has made me wonder if I don’t contradict thoughts then I am identifying with them. I would really appreciate if you can make a video showing how accepting with the thought looks like and how not identifying with it looks like. Or if u have already made a video can you direct me towards it. Thank you for your help!!
