You’re right, No one should come after you and curse you. You know, stoop to your level. For future reference, I suggest to address a refund for the pizza with the Manager or GM at the store. The cashier does not have access to the system to refund funds. Also, download their APP, place the order through the APP and you can track the delivery and request refunds if it is it NOT delivered. Less human interaction.
