Bench made is very much worth it. However, if you cannot freehand sharpen a knife, it’s hard to find a box store, knife sharpener that matches the bevel angle on the blade so you’ll have to send it back to Oregon to get it sharpened correctly. That’s my only complaint.

You can find so many other better options at a better price point. They reuse the same ole blade steels and charge the same as other knife makers using premium steels.
