Everyone in my family hates Pepsi so we call them Pepsi parties. Kick then men out and all the girls come over party bring period gifts and advice to help you merge into womanhood. I plan on doing the same with my daughters my husband wants to be apart of it because he wants his daughters to know they can come to him about periods as well

I wish we grew up them not making periods something shameful!! It’s literally as natural as peeing but different. I mean no one is ashamed of pooping! I really hate how society has put shame on periods!

I got my first period on a camping trip with my dad and uncle.he drove an hour and a half to the nearest town,rented a hotel room and drew me a bath.while i was bathing he got supplies,jammies and a teddy. Im sorry ur dads reaction to a cookie is suck a red flag:( great job though ❤️we still finished the trip and only used the room so i could bath.he payed over 100$just so i could feel clean and gave me the option to go home
