@kylelmt: TFL stretch: use movement, not muscle. In this video, I demonstrate a side-lying pin-and-stretch technique for the tensor fasciae latae. This position gives you better control of the limb while allowing the client’s movement to guide the technique. Good body mechanics matter—especially when working with heavier limbs. Instead of lifting and holding unnecessary weight, use positioning, leverage, and the table to work more efficiently. The goal isn’t to force the stretch. It’s to create precise contact, guide the movement, and protect both the client and the therapist. Work smarter. Move with purpose. #TFLStretch #MassageTutorial #MassageTok #BodyMechanics #ManualTherapy
